Born and raised in the island of Jamaica West Indies. At 16 I transition to NYC with my family where I stayed and started my life as a young teenager in the big apple. Now, I’m in Switzerland for the next chapter. Throughout my entire life, I have been involved in music and helping others to achieve their dream in this field. As a result, I have gained valuable experiences that have, and continue to shape my musical ability.
Studying music has given me great insight, whether it may be different styles of playing, playing by ear, or making tracks for studio projects. This musical experience has also allowed me to meet many people from different nationalities.
Thus, I have become better able to appreciate people, and their cultural exposition and what they can bring musically to the table. As a result of these experiences, I have gained the ability to function effectively and appreciate music in all forms, styles and genre.
Lennox A. Ferguson, with extensive training in percussion and jazz piano, shares his journey and insights into the music industry, from strategies for success to the historical and cultural significance of music.
